Black Rutilated Quartz is a distinctive variety of quartz characterized by dark, hair-like or needle-like inclusions within the crystal. These inclusions are typically composed of black tourmaline, giving the appearance of fine strands suspended inside the quartz—hence the name “hair crystal.”

Formed in a trigonal crystal system, each bead may also contain natural micro-bubbles, crystal clusters, and mineral inclusions, adding depth and a uniquely modern, almost architectural aesthetic.
